Purification

This tells you to look at your present situation and see the good and not so good in what is happenning to you.

Let your Spirit self flood you with white light. Let the light fill your body, let it pour in at the top of your head and fill you from toe to crown.

Let all the accumulated clutter of life be expelled from you.

Let it run away into the Earth where it can be cleansed in its turn.

When you feel the white light is overflowing you know you are purified.

Look around you and see the world with new eyes.
